Lesbos: Research and Married Life

Aristotle moved to Lesbos in 346/5 B.C. with his wife Pythia whom he married around this time. Pythia was Hermias' adoptive daughter or niece. Aristotle and his friend Theophrastus, a native of Lesbos, collected biological data here.
